Drove all the way from Bellevue because the Bellevue dicks employee told us that Tacoma was open until 9. Walked in 5 min before 8:00 and was looking through cleats to get for my son. At 8:02 an employee walks up and said we have to get out cause store was closed. I expressed we just drove for an hour because Bellevue dicks told us 9 he said well that’s not their problem. So we left and on our way out we saw there was a line of people checking out. That line would probably take 10 min to get through and You’re telling me that you couldn’t spare a few minutes to let us pick a pair of cleats after driving an hour!! What horrible customer service!!!

Sky at the Tacoma Mall location is FANTASTIC! They have something about them that just gives you a really happy feeling. That fun, positive energy! It was refreshing to see. Sky is good people. ;)

I just wanted to share what a great experience I had shopping here today. Sky was incredible, he was friendly, welcoming, and such a pleasure to talk to. Customer service like that is why I'll definitely be back ☻

I would like to sincerely thank the store and customer service for their excellent support. The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. I recently purchased a pair of running shoes, and I am very satisfied with both the product quality and the overall shopping experience... Iwould definitely recommend this store to others looking for reliable running gear

Matti helped me get with getting into a fitting room and I had just realized I had left a bag of purchased items somewhere in the store and wasn’t sure where. Matti was so helpful and reassured me she would do her best to find it for me while I waited at the dressing room. She was able to locate it within a few minutes and brought it to me. She was so helpful and friendly.
